I was invited to a Diesel event held a month ago in Austria where they shocased their autumn/winter collection. I have to say it was so much more I could ever imagine. Diesel hosts were so kind and loving, that I just fell in love with the brand even more. I'm also really honored that they chose to use my models among all the other agencies around. Event was held for two days in Portschach and they really went out of their way to make us feel like we were in heaven. First we had a picnic in the garden of Hotel Leonstain, even rain couldn't stop us ;), later the fashion show was held and then lastly the after party. Second day we were enjoying ourselves by the lake and had a workshop on how jeans are made and we could also make our own pair of jeans with studds and colors of choice.

Fashion Week 2013 - 1st Day

Mini has invited me to their amazing event that was held on Tuesday night at id:doma, where I kind of opened up my closet. We had sort of a garage sale, along with Ursa Jerkic, Danaja Vegelj, Tjaša Kokalj, Sisi and some other fashionable girls. We were invited to bring some pieces from our closets that we no longer wear and sell them to the public.
I didn't expect to see so many people and I also met a few girls that I haven't seen for a long time. Gin-tonic with chit-chat :) It was great night with great people.

I attended the Viktorji event yesterday night, it was actually my first time. Some say it's kind of a slovenian version of oscars (only it's for entertainment business in general). But I couldn't agree less, anyway I look at it. I would be happy to praise at least one evening dress or anything else, but it's going to be hard this time. If you follow me on my facebook page you know I'm quite a positive person, but I'm afraid I really can't find a thing that overwhelmed me, except the company I was with.
I mean there's nothing wrong with cvicek (type of slovenian wine), I like it sometimes but maybe for a sunday lunch with fried chicken and potatoes. But for an event like this?! Not quite sure :) Anyway, I decided to wear one of my favorite slovenian designers Nina Susnjara, my friend Ljubinka did my make up and I had a great time with Metka. It was a long night and one to remember :)

Mura Fashion Show

Do you remember my Margiela post?! I promised to show you what I chose to buy and I kept you waiting for way too long. I don't wanna repeat myself, but November was really a busy month. A couple of weeks ago my girls and boys were working for Mura fashion show in Ljubljana's Opera house and for that occasion I decided to wear this outfit. I hope you like it! :)

Mercedes-Benz & La Prairie

I was invited to a special event for Mercedes Benz and La Prairie today. When two of the best brands join forces, you can bet there's going to be something great in store for us. They invited us to Marcedes showroom for some champagne, where I got a chance to sit in a Mercedes oldtimer. I have to admit I'm not a big fan of cars, but this one was something really special. Then they drove us to Ljubljana Castle to a brand new restaurant, where they spoiled our taste buds. And in the end great gifts were waiting for us! Thank you Mercedes Benz & la Prairie for an amazing treat! xx

Kenzo Event

Galerija Emporium invited me to their Kenzo event on Thursday. I wasn't such a big fan of Kenzo these past years, but this winter they put out a really perfect collection. I tried on a lot of their sweaters and I hope they'll wait for me till the sales start :) A french stylist from Kenzo was there and she chose these two outfits for me. What do you think of them?!

Yesterday my girls and two of the boys were working for Armani Collezioni presentation in Galerija Emporium. Anamaria and Sara are fresh faces, especially Anamaria, so it's great to see them develop from day to day and improve on their catwalk. They make me proud every time. Galerija Emporium always takes care of us with great goodie bags, in yesterday's we got a simple, clean but beautiful bangle bracelet, you'll see me wearing in some future post. The last day was great. I was enjoying every minute of the shows. I would love to wear some of m*faganel pieces and I could loose sleep over Ivan Rocco skirt and Zoran Garevski leather top. They were an absolut fashion treat. But I can still say that for me this season's surprise was Dajana Ljubicic, because I really loved every single piece in her collection. And now?! Time to get some real good sleep. :) Love, xx

First day of FW is over. I have to say people behind stage, light and music did their job more than perfect. Among the collections I would expose Katja Magister. Otherwise nothing special in my opinion, but we still have two more days and my favorites are coming today and tommorow. Muva did special rings for FW and I loved what I found in my goody bag and decided to wear it stright away. I spent a great time with my girls after shows, Sara was walking for the first time and she did it! Not to mention Katarina, Ajda and Ines who is really rocking the stage. What I chose to wear for the first day, I´ll show you later in the afternoon. Stay tuned!

If you follow me on Facebook you already saw Escada chose me to be their brand ambassador for Slovenia. I felt really honored. They brought me 4 dresses to choose from and I picked this burgundy red one cause it fit like it was made for me. I don't wanna wear something I don't feel good in and would never do it even for the money. I felt good in my skin, it was also a special feeling wearing a dress nobody else has worn ever before. It was Escada SS2013 world premiere in Galerija Emporium, Ljubljana, Slovenija. Luka Luka did my make-up for the first time and I was more than happy with it. This guy really knows his job and when I took a look at myself in the mirror I was a little bit shocked. After the show ended I had a great time with friends at As Aperitivo.

This week I saw two theather performances. I haven't been at the theater for such a long time and realized I really have to do it more often. Many of you where asking me about the bag that I wore for the Jagermeister party. Actually I don't have my personal photos of that event, so that is why I wanted to skip this post. Sorry about that!
It was a great night! I went for dinner with my husband and than headed to the party with designer Nina Susnjara, who I haven't seen for a while and I missed her a lot. We don't see eachother much, but when we do it's intense :).

Nostalgic Saturday

This Saturday we are going to join in on an event called Nostalgic Saturday (Nostalgična Sobota) in Park Tabor. It is a market fair with second hand and vintage clothing, organized within events happening in the park throughout the summer. I was at the previos fair a month ago as a visitor and it was great. People were stopping me and asking if I have a stand too, so I decided to join this time. What is Little Elephant? The Little Elephant online children's resale shop grew out of my own experience as a fashion enthusiast and mother of two. I had to agree with my friends when they all say there are very few shops in Slovenia where you can buy top fashion children's clothing, but also at a reasonable price. As a result I launched Little Elephant where you can find gently used clothing, shoes and accessories for girls and boys at deep discounts from retail. Top fashion children's clothing brands like Tuss, Lili & The Funky Boys, Album di Famiglia, Victoria Christmas, Juicy Couture, Bellerose, Anne Valerie Hash, Burberry, D&G Junior and others.
Here are some pics from our event back in September last year which was held in Hotel Allegro Garni in Ljubljana. Come over this Saturday it's gonna be fun!
