ETSI wear

Dear readers, I hope your summer was fun! :) I had a really good time this year, super relaxed summer with my two little sunshines and my friends. But now work is calling and I'm already busy in the office placing girls all around. But like I always say, if you love your job, you are on holidays all the time :)
I wanted to introduce you to ETSI wear, they offer casual cotton dresses, some of them matching for you and your little girl (if you have one:). Their moto is everything simple and I would agree. I love cotton textile, it's easy to wear and wash, and so does my girl.

I was invited to a Diesel event held a month ago in Austria where they shocased their autumn/winter collection. I have to say it was so much more I could ever imagine. Diesel hosts were so kind and loving, that I just fell in love with the brand even more. I'm also really honored that they chose to use my models among all the other agencies around. Event was held for two days in Portschach and they really went out of their way to make us feel like we were in heaven. First we had a picnic in the garden of Hotel Leonstain, even rain couldn't stop us ;), later the fashion show was held and then lastly the after party. Second day we were enjoying ourselves by the lake and had a workshop on how jeans are made and we could also make our own pair of jeans with studds and colors of choice.

Fashion Week 2013 - 1st Day

One Year

It has been exactly one year since I decided to write a blog. Do you remember my first post?!  A couple of days ago I finally got an illustration for my blog thanx to Jaro. Unplanned present for one year anniversary :)
It's a real pleasure for me that somebody finds inspiration here. If it's at least one person, I'm happy. A lot of people told me they found a lot of casual every day pieces also at reasonable prices thanks to my blog. And this is what counts. Sure there are also negative responds as they'll always be, but if you already follow me on facebook, you know my way of thinking is positive :) Those are just telling me I'm on the right track... Mini has invited me to their amazing event that was held on Tuesday night at id:doma, where I kind of opened up my closet. We had sort of a garage sale, along with Ursa Jerkic, Danaja Vegelj, Tjaša Kokalj, Sisi and some other fashionable girls. We were invited to bring some pieces from our closets that we no longer wear and sell them to the public.
I didn't expect to see so many people and I also met a few girls that I haven't seen for a long time. Gin-tonic with chit-chat :) It was great night with great people.

Viktorji 2012

I attended the Viktorji event yesterday night, it was actually my first time. Some say it's kind of a slovenian version of oscars (only it's for entertainment business in general). But I couldn't agree less, anyway I look at it. I would be happy to praise at least one evening dress or anything else, but it's going to be hard this time. If you follow me on my facebook page you know I'm quite a positive person, but I'm afraid I really can't find a thing that overwhelmed me, except the company I was with.
I mean there's nothing wrong with cvicek (type of slovenian wine), I like it sometimes but maybe for a sunday lunch with fried chicken and potatoes. But for an event like this?! Not quite sure :) Anyway, I decided to wear one of my favorite slovenian designers Nina Susnjara, my friend Ljubinka did my make up and I had a great time with Metka. It was a long night and one to remember :)

Rosiserli Summer Collections 2013

Dear all, I'm back on track ;). I wasn't really in the mood to post anything for a while since I went through some hard life decisions and minor dental surgery, so even if I wanted to I wasn't really in good shape for photos. But previous week my best friend and I took an afternoon just for ourselfs, enjoyed some spritz aperol and visited one of my favorite shops. OMG, how many beautiful pieces they have, there is so many prints this season and I love to mix them up, like I mixed Stella McCartney blouse (also available here) with Balenciaga jeans. And this bright red Givenchy Antigona is gorgeous. I am really not a person for red color, actually I just own a pair of red jeans which I bought last year, but before that you couldn't find anything red in my closet.
And girls I advise you, take your best friend, go for a spritz aperol and on a hunt for your favorite spring summer piece :) xoxo

Mura Fashion Show

Do you remember my Margiela post?! I promised to show you what I chose to buy and I kept you waiting for way too long. I don't wanna repeat myself, but November was really a busy month. A couple of weeks ago my girls and boys were working for Mura fashion show in Ljubljana's Opera house and for that occasion I decided to wear this outfit. I hope you like it! :)

Mercedes-Benz & La Prairie

I was invited to a special event for Mercedes Benz and La Prairie today. When two of the best brands join forces, you can bet there's going to be something great in store for us. They invited us to Marcedes showroom for some champagne, where I got a chance to sit in a Mercedes oldtimer. I have to admit I'm not a big fan of cars, but this one was something really special. Then they drove us to Ljubljana Castle to a brand new restaurant, where they spoiled our taste buds. And in the end great gifts were waiting for us! Thank you Mercedes Benz & la Prairie for an amazing treat! xx

Santa's Wishlist

Christmas is just around the corner, so I wanted to share with you my unrealistic wishlist like I did last year :). I just love to do combinations in my head, sometimes that alone is enough for me, I don't need to buy it. I have been looking at this top for ages and maybe now that it's on sale is the time to buy it. I would like to have something in burgundy red this year, a pair of jeans would be perfect and I would match them with Margiela coat. This Miu Miu bag is also in the back of my mind for a long time now, maybe it will look familiar to you from my Rosiserli Wishlist post.  I wouldn't mind the Isabel Marant boots, though they are hard to find these days. A coctail ring is a must for me when I go out, at least for the last few years. This is my fashion and fashion is my passion. But what I really wish for my family and all of you my dear readers is to be healthy and to love each other. Love is all we need. And don't forget the most important thing. Love yourself first! Isabel Marant Bayley Wedge Sneakers

Since a lot of you were asking me about my new Isabel Marant wedge sneakers on my instagram, facebook and e-mail, I decided to do this post for you. Bayle suede wedge sneakers keep getting sold out immediately after they come out. I couldn't decide which color to pick for the last couple of months and than all of a sudden all the colors were sold out. Now I know why, cause the most beautiful pair was waiting for me :) I have my models in Milan, Paris and New York and they couldn't find them anywhere. But just yesterday they got a lot of new pairs at LuisaViaRoma, you can't find the exact one like mine, but they have a lot of other different styles. I hope it helps! I bought myself a pair for Christmas. My Santa came early this year. :) Much Love! xx

Kenzo Event

Galerija Emporium invited me to their Kenzo event on Thursday. I wasn't such a big fan of Kenzo these past years, but this winter they put out a really perfect collection. I tried on a lot of their sweaters and I hope they'll wait for me till the sales start :) A french stylist from Kenzo was there and she chose these two outfits for me. What do you think of them?!

Saturday Sun & Green Necklace

This week was so crazy. I'm moving the agency to a beautiful new location and I am so thankful for having the husband and sister like I have. My sister is helping me with all the interior planning and furniture, and starting with the new year I'll already be in my new place. Yeeey, so excited!
My kids and I spent a sunny Saturday in Ljubljana after a long time. We went to feed the ducks by the river and were just enjoying our moments together.
I decided to wear this new necklace, that I first noticed on Mira Duma. I was google-ing a lot to find it, but it was well worth it ;). I just love this piece. What about you :)?!

Maison Martin Margiela and H&M

Today was the Margiela day :). Since Slovenija is so small we don't even have private exclusive sales one day before as they do in other countries, so the only thing I could do is run there in the morning as fast as I could. After I dropped my kids off at the kindergarden, my friend picked me up and we headed to H&M. There was quite a lot of people there, which I didn't even expect. I already had in my mind what I wanted to buy, but when I tried everything on, it just wasn't my cup of tea. In the end I bought totally different pieces, than I first wanted to, but I'm a satisfied costumer now. Do you wanna see what's inside?! Stay tuned! :) x
